Where it all started
In the year 2015, Pinehouse schools was established in Thika, Kenya with an aim of creating a happy and stimulating environment in which children enjoy learning and are encouraged to do their best.
Pinehouse schools began with one student and has continued this journey as a vibrant school. Our highly trained teachers use their expertise, standards and our personalized assessment tools to prepare your child for school and the world ahead of them.
Pinehouse schools board of directors and the administration works tirelessly towards furthering growth of the school, both in facilities and scope of programs, as more families become convinced of the necessity and advantages of a safe, nurturing and affordable education of the highest level of quality.

We develop individual portfolios that demonstrate each child’s unique abilities, achievements and progress through authentic samples of their work and detailed notes from ongoing observations.

Pinehouse schools have been persistent in expanding school capacity for development. We have made unrelenting efforts in equipping the students to meet the changing needs of the society, exploring the professional potential of the teachers and cultivating a happy and motivating environment in school. In terms of curriculum design, we have given flexibility and freedom to the teachers to try out new initiatives and to develop the multiple-intelligence of students.
